James Beard Award Winner: Chef Rung Morgan at Saap in Randolph VT!

She did it! Nisachon “Rung” Morgan of Saap Restaurant in Randolph, Vermont won Best Chef of the Northeast at the James Beard Awards dinner in Chicago last night. (Click here for previous story).
