Saap Chef Nisachon Morgan Advances to James Beard FINALIST

The field has narrowed, and Nisachon Morgan, chef at Saap Restaurant in Randolph, Vermont, has advanced from semi-finalist to finalist in the James Beard Award for Best Chef in the Northeast.
