Sawtooth Kitchen, Bar and Stage

Daybreak’s Rob Gurwitt has found his way to Sawtooth Kitchen, Bar and Stage, the newly-opened underground (in the literal sense) restaurant and performance space located in the old Dartmouth Bookstore building, just beneath Still North Books and Bar and My Brigadeiro in Hanover, NH.

Rob reports:

“Pretty much everything—both the space and the dining—is flexible. The tables, booths, and even the partition can be moved to turn the restaurant into a performance space. You want takeout lunch? They can do that. You want a sit-down meal? They can do that. You want a late-night snack? They can do that.”

Owner Kieran Campion dishes about Sawtooth’s creation story, the importance of the “stage” in the restaurant’s title and concept, and of course, what he would be having for lunch there. Click here to learn all about it.
